Ian Fraser
Chief Executive, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra

Ian is a well-known figure to New Zealanders as a journalist and interviewer. A wide-ranging career has seen Ian as the New Zealand Commissioner General for two World Expos (1988 and 1992), a theatre critic, chair of a public relations company, actor and musician. Ian received an OBE for public service in 1990. For the past three years he has been Chief Executive of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. Ian is married with three children.
