Clint Rickards

Clint is currently in charge of the Commissioners Support Group based in Wellington. His role includes managing the Commissioners Staff Officers, Ministerial and Executive Support Services, Ministerial Liaison Officer and the National Manager Youth Services.

Clint has over 23 years police experience. 15 years of which were spent in the CIB where he attained the rank of Detective Inspector. As a former District Commander of Gisborne and Waikato, Clint has worked closely with local Mäori and the Community to solve crime problems.

Clint is a strong advocate of interagency collaboration and building relationships. He is a strong supporter of Maori Responsiveness.
